Refunds & Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back refund policy for any products that have not been opened, tampered with, or used. 


Notes:

  • All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved in advance – please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an RMA.
  • We will provide you with a pre-paid label – we believe that customers should not have to pay to to get an exchange or refund.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method when possible – usually within 2-3 days of receiving a return.
